Permission Sets

Several Permission Sets are included that can be assigned as required. To do so:

  • In Setup, find and click Permission Sets.

  • Select one of the supplied Send2CRM permission sets (see item headings below) and click the Manage Assignments button.

  • Click the Add Assignment button at top right.

  • Check the box beside all users that should have the permission set, and click Next.

  • Set an expiration date if desired, otherwise leave as No expiration date, and click Assign.

Send2CRM Administrator

This is the only Permission Set in the Essentials package. It provides administrative access to all relevant Send2CRM features including edit for most objects.

Send2CRM Analytics Administrator

Included with Analytics, this covers additional features and objects added by the package.

Send2CRM User

End-user permissions for Analytics functionality. May access the Send2CRM App and has read-only access to all Send2CRM objects.

Does not allow access to Mapping Wizard, Automation Wizard or Client Configuration tabs.
