The send2crm Client tab is intended for use by administrators when setting up the JavaScript client on the website. App Launcher, Send2CRM Client.

 

Core Embed Script

This is the only script that is required to make Send2CRM work on the website with default settings.

Follow the documentation link to download or get the latest CDN URL for the Send2CRM JavaScript client library. Copy and paste this into the Library source input to have the full snippet auto-generated.

Generate new API key

If you wish to change the auto-generated shared API key, click the Generate new API key button.

Upon confirmation a random value will be generated and encrypted, and saved to the custom settings. The embed script will be updated with the new key on screen.

Optional Settings

This section auto-generates an additional script that overrides default Send2CRM settings.

See Client Settings for more information on the individual settings.

You may wish to fine-tune the Visitor Update Frequency if you have very large website traffic volumes; keep an eye on the Salesforce Site usage to see if this is necessary.
