Prerequisite

Install the Send2CRM Connector Salesforce package:

Send2CRM Connector on AppExchange

We recommend installing the package for admin users only. The necessary permissions can be easily applied using the included permission set.

Advanced, Advanced Plus, Enterprise Product Tiers

After installation of the Connector package above, install the Send2CRM package:

Send2CRM on AppExchange

Again this should be installed for admin users only. The included permission sets should be assigned after installation.

This documentation includes all functionality available in both packages. If you’ve only licensed Send2CRM Advanced, items related to full website personalization will not be available.
