Highlight Custom Events

Sometimes all Send2CRM events of a certain type (e.g. email click-through) should be a Highlight. This can be easily achieved with a simple Automation.

1. Create a new Automation:

   • Name: (give a short descriptive name)

   • Action Type: Highlight Event

   • Active: (checked)

Open

2. Add a Condition to match the name of your custom event.

Open

That’s it! Every time a custom event matching the type given is received, a Highlight will be recorded.
