Highlights

Send2CRM Highlights are a means of permanently storing important events for visitors. See the automation section for more details on recording highlights.

Viewing highlights

Highlights are displayed by the Send2CRM Highlights Lightning component. This can be viewed:

• Within the Individual Visitor dashboard component.

• Directly in a page using the Send2CRM Highlights component.

Open

The chart displays the count of highlighted events over the period defined by the Dashboard day count setting. Navigate between periods using the arrows either side of the date range heading.

Click on any day that has event counts to load a detailed list.

Secondary related summary

When viewing from a secondary relationship, e.g. Account for Visitors identified as Contacts, the event counts are summed. The details table includes an additional column with the name of the visitor related object (e.g. Contact) which links directly to the record.
