There are a few instances in which Send2CRM either cannot or will not record visitor behavior:

  • Visitor record has been set to ignore status.

  • Private browsing mode is enabled in the web browser.

  • The web browser does not support local storage.

In these cases form submissions are still possible. Where visitor identification is enabled in the mapping and one of the above situations applies, Send2CRM will automatically flag the visitor record as being incognito. When set, this displays a message on the individual visitor KPIs component.

This flag is automatically removed if Send2CRM receives a visitor behavior update.
