Analytics features

Some Analytics features require a small amount of administrative setup, depending on the desired configuration.

Tabs

Access to tabs is provided by Permission Sets, but they are not automatically added to the Send2CRM app. The following tabs may be useful to add:

• Send2CRM Dashboard

• Send2CRM Automation (for administrators)

Individual visitor dashboard

This is a Lightning Web Component that can be added to the record page of any object directly related to a visitor.

Custom settings

The Send2CRM package adds some new configuration settings.

Personalization

Functionality related to personalization will appear automatically if this feature has been enabled in your package license.
