Install the Send2CRM Essentials Salesforce package:

Send2CRM Connector on AppExchange

We recommend installing the package for admin users only. The necessary permissions can be easily applied using the included permission set.

Advanced, Advanced Plus, Enterprise

After installation of the Essentials package above, install the Send2CRM Analytics package:

Send2CRM on AppExchange

Again this should be installed for admin users only. The included permission sets should be assigned after installation.

This documentation includes all functionality available in both packages. If you’ve only licensed the Essentials, items related to visitor analytics and personalization will not be available.
