Browser Compatibility Statement

The Send2CRM JavaScript client is designed to be compatible with all major web browsers that maintain an active global usage share of 0.25% or greater, as measured by reliable third-party analytics services. Specifically:

1. The two (2) most recent stable versions of each supported browser.

2. Extended Support Release (ESR) versions of supported browsers, specifically including Mozilla Firefox ESR.

3. Any actively maintained browser version with usage share exceeding 0.25%.

Support excludes browsers that are no longer actively maintained by their vendors, regardless of usage share. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain compatibility with other browsers and versions, FuseIT makes no guarantee of functionality outside the specified criteria.

FuseIT will continuously monitor browser usage statistics and will automatically include support for browsers that meet the above criteria and reserves the right to remove support for browsers that fall below these thresholds or become unmaintained.

Mobile browser compatibility follows the same criteria as their desktop counterparts.

Examples of browsers that are supported include, but are not limited to:

• Google Chrome

• Microsoft Edge

• Mozilla Firefox

• Safari

• Opera

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain compatibility with other browsers and versions, FuseIT makes no guarantee of functionality. The Software may operate on other browsers or earlier versions but may exhibit reduced functionality or performance.
