Send2CRM Assistant: Insights

Insights refers to the functionality that exposes working information about the current Send2CRM visitor.

Insights only works with websites that have the Send2CRM client installed and configured.

Insights data is shown automatically when the extension is enabled for a website.

Placement

By default the Insights data is shown in the extension popup. The Options page provides a setting to display this as an overlay on the website page.

On next page load the Insights data will appear as a floating toolbar. This can be positioned anywhere in the browser window by dragging the title bar.
