Insights: Visitor Info

The Visitor Info button in the Insights bar provides the ability to drill deeper into the Send2CRM visitor data.

Clicking this button will open a new tab with detailed visitor information.

Personalization Data

This section allows browsing the data stored in in the local web browser for your visitor. All values shown here are available to scripts on the website for personalization use.

The selector at far left of each row allows flagging properties that should appear in the Personalization section of the Insights component.

Current Session Details

This section displays the current session for the visitor. This is where the majority of the visitor behavior data is recorded, including events for page views and other interactions.

A new session is automatically generated for each website visit, or may be forced via the End Session button.

Salesforce Visitor Record

If you have configured a Salesforce connection, it will be used to query the associated records when the current visitor is identified.

Where the visitor record has direct relationships to other objects, the Id and Name of these is also shown in a nested section.

Id values are automatically converted to links; click to open the applicable record directly in Salesforce.

General

  • Values shown on this page may be nested to many levels. By default only the top-level parent is expanded; click the section headings to expand and collapse as desired.

  • Hover over property labels to see the full API name/accessor. Click the label to copy this value to the clipboard. Does not apply to Session data.

  • Hover over date fields to see the value in your local time zone.

  • Different data types (e.g. text, number, boolean, date) are automatically color-coded.
