Notifications

Notifications are sent via subscriber channel from the service to any listening client applications, and via email where configured.

The following notifications are implemented:

  • Product license is missing, invalid, or expired.

  • Connection refresh failed. Limited by the NotifyFailureAfterHours setting.

  • Download no longer available. Occurs when an incomplete download record exists and is not available after Connection refresh, or when a download request returns a not found response.

  • Download failed. Occurs when permanent download failure is encountered. Does not apply if the download will be retried, or when invoked by user action.
