The Sitecore Experience Form application can be found in the launch pad.
After opening up the Sitecore Experience Forms UI and select create new form option, you can add fields to the form that you want to be mapped to a field in Salesforce object.
In the above example we may intend to map the first name, last name, email address and birthday fields to, for example, a Salesforce Contact. Once all the fields have been added, click Submit to show the Submit Actions on the bottom right side of the form. Add the Submit Action called “S4S Generic Submit Action” from the list and save the form.
