Send2CRM Advanced builds on the Connector platform, providing visitor behavior recording out-of-the-box. Again the vast majority of configuration is handled within Salesforce.

Website installation

This uses the same Send2CRM website client. No additional installation.

Low overhead analytics

Many analytics solutions involve complex setup. Send2CRM offers immediate results with a set of standard visitor behavior recorded by default. This includes:

  • Page views

  • Country, time zone, browser, operating system information

  • First and last seen

  • Session (visit) times and durations

User interface

Send2CRM provides a unified visitor dashboard, as well as several per-visitor components. These allow direct display and management of Send2CRM behavior data, with easy to read charts and tables.

Score and segment

Send2CRM provides the ability to refine visitor data with a point-and-click interface in Salesforce.
