Send2CRM Enterprise adds an optional high-performance caching proxy service. This provides an option for customers whose identified website visitor traffic may exceed standard Salesforce volume limits.

The Send2CRM scaling services provides smart caching and a mechanism to combine multiple website requests into a single Salesforce request.
This can improve response time to the website client, and avoid service outages due to Salesforce limits.
Advanced connections
The scaling service also allows server-side connection mechanisms, allowing the Salesforce connection to be abstracted behind a proxy.
This also paves the way for possible connections to CRMs that do not provide standard API functionality, such as Dynamics 365.
