Installation

The easiest way to add Send2CRM to a WordPress website is to install our the Send2CRM plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository.

To do so, Add the plugin from the Plugins page on your Admin dashboard. You can find our plugin by searching for Send2CRM. Then ‘Install Now’ and ‘Activate’ .

If the plugin does not show as compatible, you may need to upgrade your PHP or WordPress version.

Once your Send2CRM Plugin is installed and activated in WordPress, there are required settings that need to be added before the Send2CRM.js will be activated on public facing pages. This can be done through the Send2CRM settings page in the Admin Dashboard.

There are also Additional settings available that allow you to customize the behavior of Send2CRM.js on the ‘Additional Settings’ tab.

Code Snippets

You may prefer to use a code snippets plugin, for example WPCode Lite.

To do this, add a code snippet containing the Send2CRM snippet, and any desired settings. Set it to be auto-inserted into the site-wide header for all devices, and make it active.

Personalization

One of the popular personalization plugins for WordPress is If-So Dynamic Content. One way this could be easily integrated with Send2CRM is to enable the Send2CRM Segment cookie, and use the If-So cookie condition.

This is only one example; Send2CRM is very flexible and can integrate with other website technologies with minimal effort.
