File uploads

The Save To Dynamics submit action supports file upload fields by attaching to Notes (annotations) for supported entities.

If your form has a file upload field and the entity selected in the submit action properties supports annotations, the Attach files as Notes checkbox will appear beneath the field mappings.

If checked, all file upload fields in the form will be attached in individual Notes. The subject of the Note will be set to the form field label.
