S4D is a robust integration for Sitecore to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Technical features include: 

  • Sitecore forms can save to any entity that the Dynamics API user permissions allow

  • A form can have multiple Save (Submit) Actions. Each Save Action could map to a different Dynamics instance

  • Form-related attributes and mappings are configured in the Save Action properties

  • Save Action config allows multiple entries for the same form field e.g. you could put the same value in several different Dynamics entity fields

  • The id of saved entities is returned so the Save Actions can be chained e.g. a second Save Action can reference the first

  • Can configure which key fields are used to determine if an entity should be created or an existing entity updated

  • Option to only set field values where the existing value is empty

  • Refresh the Dynamics schema in Sitecore to optimize performance and ensure CRM customizations are up-to-date (manual or scheduled updates possible)

  • Dynamics 365 entities can be created, read, updated, and deleted from Sitecore (including data in custom entities and fields)

  • Real-time interaction allows all Dynamics 365 entities to be immediately available to Sitecore and xDB  

  • S4D installs in Sitecore and optionally, pending the required features, as a deployable package in Dynamics 365

  • Supports all Sitecore forms after Sitecore 9.2
