CDP4S provides a means of regularly updating summary information for identified (Customer type) Guests in Salesforce. Generally these will relate to Leads or Contacts, although CDP4S also supports the use of other objects. It is also possible to automatically create records for newly identified Guests that do not exist in Salesforce.

Analytics information includes summarized session information, goals, segments and custom field data.

A custom Goal event provides scoring functionality, and you can create reports based on the related objects.
