Personalization

Sitecore CDP & Personalize provides advanced Personalization functionality via Experiences and Experiments. CDP4S leverages this by supplying standard and custom Guest data mapped from Salesforce.

When you make changes to fields mapped for Personalization, CDP4S automatically updates Sitecore with the new values. The data is then available for Experiences and Decisions. Note if you are using a non-standard master object, you must create a trigger to perform this process.
