CDP4S provides two main areas of integration:

  • Analytics. Summary data is conveniently presented in Salesforce and related to Leads or Contacts.

  • Personalization. Salesforce field changes are replicated to Sitecore and can then be used as input to Experiences and Experiments.

CDP4S integrates directly with Sitecore CDP & Personalize. Your website(s) and/or mobile app(s) interface with Sitecore CDP & Personalize as normal.
