Personalization

The Send2CRM client avoids interfering with your website directly, rather it provides a source of information to inform and facilitate making personalization decisions.

Several sources of information specific to personalization are maintained:

• Segments

• Goals

• Identified visitor data

Personalization can be updated directly via JavaScript using the Send2CRM library. It is also automatically updated from the response data when a service sync occurs for identified visitors.
