The following fields are always set from Sitecore CDP Guest data when creating or updating a Sitecore_CDP_Guest__c record:

  • Email

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Gender

  • Language

  • First seen

  • Last seen

Create additional mappings if you wish to update these for personalization or map to a master object.
