After installation of the package the Salesforce interface should be changed to expose the new Sitecore Analytics functionality.
Add new custom fields
Navigate to a Contact/Lead page and Edit the page layout by clicking the gear icon and selecting Edit Object

Make the custom fields in the package visible in the new Sitecore Analytics section.
