Notifications are sent via subscriber channel from the service to any listening client applications, and via email where configured.
The following notifications are implemented:
Product license is missing, invalid, or expires within the next 30 days.
Connection refresh failed. Limited by the NotifyFailureAfterHours setting.
Download no longer available. Occurs when an incomplete download record exists and is not available after Connection refresh, or when a download request returns a not found response.
Download failed. Occurs when permanent download failure is encountered. Does not apply if the download will be retried, or when invoked by user action.
