It is possible to automatically pre-populate WFFM forms with Salesforce Contact (or Lead) data if the S4S Security provider has been implemented. In this scenario users log into the Sitecore website using credentials stored in the Salesforce Contact (or Lead) record. The Sitecore profile information is also stored in the contact record and can be rendered to the WFFM form using the standard Sitecore Rules settings as in the example below. A separate rule can be applied to each WFFM form field.

Overview
If you need to surface Sitecore xDB analytics in Salesforce leads or contact records, you need to install a package into Salesforce. This will create the custom objects and fields required to store the analytics. By storing it, you can use Salesforce reporting tools to query the Sitecore data.
There are two processes required to push Sitecore analytics data to Sitecore:
- Use one of the WFFM "S4S Push Visitor" save actions to push the analytics data in real time
- Use the S4S Sitecore scheduler to update the Salesforce data at regular intervals.
IMPORTANT: Only install an S4S Analytics Package into Salesforce if you are using a "Push Visitor" save action.
