Business Hours

Salesforce Business Hours can be configured to provide offline information to website visitors.

  1. Create or update the Business Hours. Multiple different sets of hours are supported to cater for multiple teams and/or time zones.

  2. Specify the Salesforce Ids of the Business Hours records, and the offline message text in the messenger settings.

 

When copying the Business Hours Id from the URL ensure the Id starts with 01 and has 15 characters

 

When outside of the configured hours, an offline message will be automatically delivered to website visitors at the next available time.
