This rule allows a check against the Salesforce Id stored in the custom facet.
Select the "where Salesforce Id compares to specific value" rule.
Click on "compares to" to select the comparison operator and click OK.
Click on "specific value" to enter the value to compare against and click OK.
Click OK to save the rule.
