Messages are created in Salesforce as Website Message records, each related to a Messaging Visitor. Any records for the applicable visitor are automatically returned to the website via Send2CRM personalization.
The Salesforce package provides this personalization via a custom Apex extension. This works out-of-the-box without any additional configuration.
