CDP4S provides an App for convenient access to most functions.
Dashboard
Displays summary activity data and Guest information for the entire organization.
Sitecore CDP Guests
Displays Guest records. You may wish to customize the fields shown and/or the default filters.
Settings
Provides a convenient interface to configure organization-wide CDP4S settings. The Master Lookup Field and Named Credential dropdowns are automatically populated with valid options.
Mapping Wizard
Provides a convenient interface to manage CDP4S field mappings. Automatically populates the available Salesforce Field options based on the configured master object. If the master object is Lead and Lead conversion handling is enabled, fields only available on Contacts will also be included with [Contact] prefix.
Two helpers are provided to assist with generating the correct Sitecore CDP Guest Field value:
Populate from example Guest
Enter the email address of a known Guest, and click Search Sitecore CDP. CDP4S will retrieve the Guest data and display a dropdown list of available fields with values for easy identification.
Populate from Data Extension
CDP4S recognizes Sitecore CDP custom data extensions in the form “data:<extName>:<key>:<fieldName>”. Enter the name, key and field name into the separate fields to have CDP4S generate the correctly formed accessor.
Saved Field Mappings
Click Add Mapping to create and save a new mapping, which will then appear in the list.
To delete an existing mapping, choose Delete from the actions menu on the applicable row. To change a mapping simply add a new one with the desired settings and delete the old one.
