Website client: all tiers

The website client is a lightweight JavaScript library, free to use with any Send2CRM service.

Installation is guided by the Send2CRM Essentials Salesforce package, or this documentation.

Salesforce packages

Send2CRM Essentials

The base Salesforce package, required for all installations. It provides forms integration and administrative interfaces, but not end-user interfaces.

Send2CRM Connector on AppExchange.

This package has a licensing parameter that determines the number of unique website domains allowed.

Send2CRM Analytics

This package builds on the Essentials prerequisite. It provides additional functionality for visitor behavior recording and, optionally, personalization. This includes both administrative and end-user interfaces.

Send2CRM on AppExchange.

This package has a licensing parameter that determines whether Personalization is enabled.

Enterprise scaling service

The Send2CRM scaling service is a .Net 6 caching proxy service. It is provided as a headless API-only web application that can be hosted on the Windows web hosting service of the customer’s choice.

The scaling service uses a high-performance file based key-value cache, and does not require a database. It requires a small amount of configuration, and becomes the endpoint for the website client.
