Sep 12, 2025 The v1.20 release of Send2CRM Analytics enhances automation capabilities with simplified Page URL conditions and an improved user experience that streamlines setup and prevents configuration errors.

Key improvements include better mapping visualization to avoid duplicate records, and resolves chart loading issues, long URL handling, and debug logging gaps.

This release requires September 2025 - Send2CRM Essentials v1.18 or later. Please make sure this is upgraded first.

Improvements to existing features

Added Page URL condition type to provide a more user-friendly means of matching page view events in Automations.

To use Page URL conditions in automations:

  1. Select the new Page URL condition type when adding a Condition to an Automation

  2. Configure URL matching criteria using the simplified interface based on either a regular page view and/or a fragment of the page being viewed

For additional information, refer to Automation Conditions.

Improved the Mapping Wizard to display all mappings and their execution sequence for each form, helping technical users avoid duplicate records and understand data flow dependencies. See Mapping Object.

Improved the Automation wizard to show only relevant condition types, preventing users from selecting form-related conditions that won't work with non-form automations.

Enhanced Flow output variables to support multiple values, giving no-code users more flexibility to create sophisticated personalized content and experiences.

Bug fixes

Fixed an issue where the visitor-specific charts would intermittently fail to load for users.

Fixed an issue where pages with URLs over 255 characters would prevent page view data from syncing to Salesforce, causing gaps in customer journey tracking.

Fixed an issue where errors saving visitor and related objects in Salesforce did not appear in debug logs, making it difficult to troubleshoot problems.

Fixed an issue where initial identification would fail when multiple mappings exist for the same form and Salesforce object.
