Web Content Prerequisites

Send2CRM web content is built atop the Send2CRM Advanced Plus suite. To function correctly, personalization features must be enabled.

• The Send2CRM website client must be installed and configured on the website, with at least one service configured for analytics.

• The Send2CRM package must be installed in Salesforce, with personalization enabled.
