Send2CRM Advanced Plus adds the ability to personalize the website experience by providing values from Salesforce back to the website.

Standard functionality

Fields can be personalized on form mappings by simply checking a box. Send2CRM will automatically supply the values from the record(s) related to the visitor.

Website implementation

Send2CRM makes it easy to retrieve personalized data via the website client. Personalized values can be used for, but are certainly not limited to:

  • Control data to determine which visitors see certain content

  • Personal visitor information, e.g. names

  • Individual visitor configuration, e.g. list subscriptions

  • Actual content to be displayed

Advanced functionality

Send2CRM provides hooks for personalization via Salesforce Flows or Apex code. This allows almost any visitor data to be made available to the website.
