Recent Sessions

The information in this section is limited to the configured number of days.

Based on session records currently stored in Salesforce.

Visitor Count: the count of unique visitors on session records
Visits: the total number of session records
Avg Visit Time: the mean average of the minutes elapsed between session start and last seen
Views: the total number of Session PAGE events
Bounce rate: the percentage of sessions with only a single PAGE event

A timeline of all events by date, using aggregate visitor data.

Each type of event is represented as a different series in the chart.

Displays pie charts for various session properties, showing the proportion of the total number of sessions.

This section displays the top identified visitors when sorted by different properties, up to the configured maximum. There is no restriction on date.

The visitor names are taken from the object related at the time of identification, e.g. Lead. The links are to the same object.
