Select the Salesforce Org to Map Fields To

IMPORTANT: If your form uses the S4S Push Visitor Save Action, you can only map to a Salesforce Lead and Contact. Because the Push Visitor Save Action pushes Sitecore analytics data to custom fields in the Lead or Contact object a Salesforce package must be installed.

Select a S4S Salesforce Connection String from the available connection strings and click the Select button. If you are not connecting to multiple Salesforce Orgs, then you should only see values for S4SConnString and S4SConnStringUI.

This will then populate the Save to Salesforce.com Object selector with available objects:

If there is a problem with the selected S4S Connection String, then an error message will appear:
