The base Salesforce package, required for all installations. It provides forms integration and administrative interfaces, but not end-user interfaces.

Send2CRM Essentials This package has a licensing parameter that determines the number of unique website domains allowed.

This package is an add-builds on to the Send2CRM Essentials package, which is a required the Connector prerequisite. It provides additional functionality for visitor behavior recording and, optionally, personalization. This includes both administrative and end-user interfaces.

Send2CRM Analytics This package has a licensing parameter that determines whether Personalization is enabled.
Enterprise scaling service
The Send2CRM scaling service is a .Net 6 caching proxy service. It is provided as a headless API-only web application that can be hosted on the Windows web hosting service of the customer’s choice or containerisation platform.
The scaling service uses a high-performance file based key-value cache, and does not require a database. It requires a small amount of configuration, and becomes the endpoint for the website client.
